Things I have learned from watching Game of Thrones for the first time (as someone currently on season 3).
1. You CANNOT get attached to ANYONE
Where do I even begin with this?? Over the course of the first three seasons of Game of Thrones, I have come to learn that absolutely no one is safe. Ever. Compared to other television shows where the main characters escape death multiple times, I went into the show thinking anyone with the name Stark is surely safe. Boy was I wrong. After changing my thoughts on who the main character is after every episode, I have now come to the conclusion that there is no main character..meaning no one is safe.
2. If someone owns the only three dragons in existence…. Maybe be nice to them
IDK about you but if someone walked up to my castle with three dragons in her possession, I would probably give her anything she wanted. She is after all known as THE MOTHER OF DRAGONS!! Seriously though you would think that her reputation would be spreading quickly, but yet every man continues to doubt Daenerys. Make it make sense..
A Mother of Dragons can do anything – through fire and ice, and with sheer force of will.

3. Do not tell anyone your last name and you’ll be fine
When you’re caught in a pickle DO NOT tell them your last name is Stark. Arya herself is proof that this will keep you alive at much longer than a majority of your family members.
Drink the tears of your frenemies and prepare to shape shift with this GoT-inspired mug!
4. Decline the wedding invite, just send a gift
Once Khal Drogo said “A wedding without at least three deaths is considered a dull affair,” all my RSVPs would have been a big NO from me. As someone screaming at my TV while the Starks plan to attend a wedding in the middle of war, JUST DON’T GO. Send a raven with a nice message. Send a gift. Tell them you can’t make it because IDK you’re currently LEADING A WAR.
Send a gift to your loved ones and avoid those pesky family gatherings.
