How is my Mischief Merch order fulfilled?

Mischief Merch uses two primary fulfillment methods: a fulfillment warehouse and Printful, a drop-print-and-ship service. 

A majority of our inventory is fulfilled via Printful, a drop-print-and-ship service with fulfillment centers all over the world. These products have more varied processing and shipping times. Fulfillment of these products average 4-7 days plus shipping, but can take up to 14 days in some cases.

Products that are overstock from Mischief Management events or that we choose to produce in limited runs ship out through one of our fulfillment warehouses. These products usually ship within 1-3 business days.

Mischief Merch typically uses the following brands:

Our t-shirts are mostly printed on Bella + Canvas 3001 or Gildan Softstyle 64000; our sweatshirts and hoodies are usually Gildan 18000, Gildan 18500, or Bella + Canvas 3939.

Shipping

If your order is coming from our fulfillment warehouse, shipping is calculated based on the size and weight of the package.

If your order is being fulfilled by Printful, there is a flat shipping charge based on the items being purchased. You can read more about Printful’s shipping process here.

Exchanges can be made on unwashed, unworn, and unused items within 3 days of receiving your order. Due to stock limitations, exact replacements may not be available. A fee of $15 will be charged for each exchanged item.

Contact us at shop@mischiefmanagement.com with your order number to initiate an exchange. 

If your package is lost in the mail, please email shop@mischiefmanagement.com with your order number. All lost package requests must be received within three weeks of the anticipated delivery date, which can be found via the tracking number. Our team will look into the matter and work with you on a resolution.

Please check all possible delivery locations (front door, back door, garage, mailbox, in the bushes, package room, with a neighbor, etc.) for the package. We also recommend reaching out to the carrier and asking if the delivery person can provide any additional information about where the package was left.

If your package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we unfortunately cannot issue a replacement order. At this time, we are unable to assist with filing claims with shipping carriers.

If you put the incorrect shipping address in during check out, please email shop@mischiefmanagement with our order confirmation number and the correct address ASAP. If caught within 12-24 hours, our team is usually able to manually update the shipping address associated with your order on the back end.

If your order has shipped out, we are unfortunately unable to change the shipping address. If your order is returned to our facility, we can reship it to you for a fee. If it is not returned to the facility, you must place the order again.

Click the “View Your Order” button in your confirmation email for the most up-to-date order status. If your items ship separately, the page will update with each new tracking number.

A full refund or reshipment is only available for damaged, misprinted, or defective goods. Please inspect your items upon receipt and contact us within 7 days of receiving your item if there is an issue. Please email us at shop@mischiefmanagement.com with your order number and photos of the damaged/misprinted product. All items must be unwashed and unworn.

No, we do not offer exchanges or refunds on items due to buyer’s remorse.

Pre-orders will ship in the time frame indicated in the description of the item. If we anticipate a delay in the shipping and delivery window, someone from our team will contact you with additional information.

When your item ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number.
