Exchanges can be made on certain products that are unwashed, unworn, and unused items within 3 days of receiving your order. Due to stock limitations, exact replacements may not be available. A fee of $15 will be charged for each exchanged item.
A full refund is only available for certain products that arrive damaged, misprinted, or defective goods. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, you may be eligible for a replacement item. Please inspect your items upon receipt and contact us within 7 days of receiving your item if there is an issue. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and photos of the item to initiate the process.
We do not offer exchanges or refunds on items due to buyer’s remorse or that have been washed or worn.
